In the old Central Continent War the Helic Republic developed the Pteras to prevent the Zenebas Empire from ruling the skies. With vertical take-off and landing being possible, this Pterosaur type Zoid can land anywhere. Pteras was dispatched to the strategic bombardment troops.

Battle Story
ZAC 2099… In order to find a decisive winner of the old Intercontinent War between the Guylos Empire and the Helic Republic, the Empire sends a force to the Western Continent of Europa. The Triangle Daras between the Dark and Central Continent has become impossible to cross due to a very strong magnetic shield so the Imperial troop detours to the Western Continent. Realising this, the Republic army also sends forces to the Western Continent. The Empire sets up base on the west side of the continent while the east side is claimed by the Republic.
In the central-south of Europa is the Mercurius Lake. In the centre of the lake is Mt Olympus, the highest mountain in the Western Continent. From the top of Olympus, all of the continent can be overlooked.
The new war begins with the battle to occupy Mt Olympus.
